Workout challenge and Detox Water

Hey everyone! So this Post is going to be about my transformation of Chunky Dahlz to leaned out Big Booty Dahlz. Many people that know me from high school, can recall when i ran Signal Hill and around Long Beach trying to lose my chub. Before, i ever had any gym membership the way to lose weight for me was cardio,running up and down hills, lunging up Signal Hill and a lot of research my junior year. I did not have a lot of money and, my mother was sick with Lupus recovering to try and graduate Cal State Long Beach. The way this all was able to be done i need you to understand, was mental focus and truthfully hard work. The way this was achieved for me was no shortcuts and no trainer, it was me vs me the entire time and believe me it was not easy. So this post ill be showing you my diet & fitness suggestions, and my weapon for success aka DETOX WATER.
Fitness
The Dahlz Bod
5 day workout
Monday-Thursday

  1. Stretch- Always before anything stretch, do not hurt yourself please!!
  2.  Sprints- Run up and down a Hill or any hill with Incline at least 10 times 
  3. Rest for about 5minutes stretch it out and hydrate.
  4. Lunges 3 sets of 20 
  5. Jump Squats 3 sets of 20
  6. Hip Bridges 3 sets of 15
  7. Planks  3 (1minute each)
  8. Russian Twists 3 sets of 20
  9. Russian Oblique Twists 3 sets of 20 
STRETCH and Rest you survived 

P.S REMEMBER TO EAT CLEAN WHILE WORKING OUT TO ACHIEVE RESULTS, THAT MEANS PUT THE DAM CHEETOS AWAY.

Dahlz Bod Diet Drinks

  1. Detox Water- Lemon,Cucumber and Mint or FAV Strawberries, Lemons,Cucumber and Mint. I drink these two daily along with Green Tea.
  2. Green Tea (hot) Decaf   
  3. White Tea
  4. Ginger Tea
  5. Black Coffee for that extra pump in the morning 
DAHLZ Bod Food 
  1. White Meat( Chicken grilled, Turkey )
  2. No salts aka Sodium is the Devil.. but i still admit i use Hot Sauce BUT thats okay just don't use too much.
  3. Veggies add them in breakfast with eggs or dinner or a snack on the go!!
  4. Fruits especially on the go 
  5. Trail mix or Nuts RAW no salts!! 
  6. Dark Chocolate
